Cutting wheels broken

The vendor informed of severe breakage of cutting wheels while working on our panels. Once process was changed, had zero breakage

1) Power Test

High power consumption , something wrong with adapter voltages, as UVC current was already controlled

2) LED's Toooo Hot.....

While testing first set of UVC LED's temperature shot up expremely high

3) Power imbalance

Power vs current vs temperature graph. Something very wrong with our system. Not going home till this issue is resolved

Spend sleepless nights testing and optimizing the system. Right power, Current and high temperature balancing was cool, we finally did it
